Ontario Strategies (“we”) is a marketing agency based at 156 Durham St, Sudbury, ON. This policy explains what information we collect through this website, why we collect it, and how we handle it. We follow Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA).
What we collect
We only collect information you choose to send us. When you fill out our quote form, we receive your name, email address, and the details of your project. You can also choose to give us your phone number, business name, website, budget, timeline, and how you prefer to be contacted.
We don't use advertising trackers or analytics cookies on this site, and we don't build profiles of visitors.
How we use it
We use what you send to reply to you, prepare a quote, and work with you if you become a client. We don't sell, rent, or trade your information, and we don't add you to a mailing list without asking.
Keeping it secure
We use trusted service providers to host this website and deliver your messages to us. Some of them operate outside Canada, including in the United States, so your information may be stored or processed there.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiries for as long as we need them to respond and to manage any work that follows, and for any period the law requires. When we no longer need your information, we delete it.
Your choices
