Audit questions
Is the audit really free?
Yes. There's no cost and no obligation. It's the clearest way to show you what we'd work on before you spend anything.
What do you need from me?
Your business name, your town, and a link to your website or social accounts. We work from what's public. If it would help to look inside your ad or analytics accounts, we'll ask on the call.
What happens after the walkthrough?
That's up to you. The report is yours to keep. If you want help with the fixes, we'll put together a proposal built from what we found. If you'd rather do it yourself, that's fine too.
Will you try to sell me something?
We'll tell you what we'd do and what it would cost if you ask. We won't push. If something is a quick fix you can do yourself, we'll say so.
I already know what I need. Do I have to do the audit?
No. If you know what you want, skip it and ask for a quote.
